We recommend you wear clothes that you are comfortable in and that allow ease of movement. Tops that are extremely loose, may annoy you as we bend and stretch through class.
We ask that you wear socks for the duration of the class for hygiene ( No shoes.)
All Equipment is provided including a mat.
Please bring water and a towel.
A positive and friendly attitude.
Try not to eat large meals 2 hours before class, however, don't come to class on an empty tummy either. We suggest a little snack an hour before class.
If it is your first class with us please arrive 10 minutes before class.
