• We recommend you wear clothes that you are comfortable in and that allow ease of movement. Tops that are extremely loose, may annoy you as we bend and stretch through class.

  • We ask that you wear socks for the duration of the class for hygiene ( No shoes.)

  • All Equipment is provided including a mat.

  • Please bring water and a towel.

  • A positive and friendly attitude.

  • Try not to eat large meals 2 hours before class, however, don't come to class on an empty tummy either.      We suggest a little snack an hour before class.

  • If it is your first class with us please arrive 10 minutes before class.
